Job Responsibilites:
. Assist with administrative tasks for the sales and production
departments.
. Assist with the automation of studio correspondence, such as emailing client reminders, staff reminders, etc.
. Assist the production department with media loading and logging.
. Handle scanning/retouching of images.
Skills / Qualifications:
. Applicant must be effective at multi-tasking.
. Must have strong communication skills.
. Experience with the Microsoft Office Platform is a must.
. Experience with Adobe Photoshop preferred but not mandatory.
. Must be available to work 18-24 hours a week and have weekend availability from March through November.
Salary/Benefits
Starting salary is $8.00-$10.00 per hour depending on experience. We are flexible on what days are worked during the week - however Saturday availability is mandatory for all applicants.
