The LA Showcase with Krisha Bullock for Kids/Teens!

This showcase is a great opportunity to meet Los Angeles Casting Director Krisha Bullock from the hit shows "Zoey 101", "Drake & Josh" and the soon to premier, "iCarly". We are so fortunate to have a rare opportunity to have such a prestigious casting director as Krisha spend valuable time reading the best talent in our area - YOUR kids!
In this showcase, Krisha Bullock and Kathy Wickline will conduct a short seminar (parent/child) about how to safely work this industry, receive auditions and callbacks, find a good agent or manager and how to support your child in this exciting industry. Next, kids will then read one at a time showcasing their adorable selves directly to Krisha Bullock and Kathy Wickline. Kids will perform a real audition scene from one of the Nickelodeon shows!
This is their moment to shine. At the end, everyone will receive written feedback and then become part of both Krisha Bullock and Kathy Wickline's casting files. The Showcase will be held at Kathy Wickline Casting in Philadelphia. Please bring 2 headshots (or photos) for both Krisha and Kathy's files.

Attention WIFV Members! Charm City Awards Program Rescheduled!
Our Charm City Awards program which was set to take place on April 12, 2008, has been rescheduled for fall 2008. The honorees for the Charm City Awards have been called away on film projects and will not be able to participate in our program. We are looking to reschedule our program to take place in the fall 2008. We will keep you posted on the outcome of this program.

Stonehenge Mass Casting Event!
Stonehenge, the mass casting event for filmmakers,will have our first Baltimore Stonehenge on Sunday, May 18th. (Actor Registration for that opens April 19th). Actors will have a chance to audition in front of a mix of aspiring and commercial filmmakers who are planning to shoot projects within the next six months. Filmmakers have a chance to see over 100 actors of all types, union and non-union, to fill a variety of potential roles. Since its inception, Stonehenge has helped cast over 320 roles in over 82 projects.
